Established in 1989, we formed a goal in the construction industry to resolve any engineering challenges which our clients may face in a cost effective, and timely manner. K.&V. Construction has successfully advanced to complete various projects starting from conceptualization to completion, and we have established resilient relations with a wide array of clients in the public and private sectors, including the NYC Parks and Recreations Department, NYC School Construction Authority, Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), NYC Department of Transportation (DOT), and more.

K.&V. Construction's full-time construction staff provides clients with a wide variety of services from the earliest design stages through completed project design and beyond. An up-to-date cost database allows our construction staff to develop an accurate project budget through design completion. Utilizing our own in-house expertise, we can also provide systems analyses, value engineering, detailed document review, and coordination to ensure the most cost-efficient and timely design. In addition, we also use sub-contractors to produce the work possible for our clients. We supply a full range of services from the first planning stages, to the end products.
